SHIPPING METHODS
- Shipping to Spain
Correos Express: 1-2 business days 10 EUR
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from the company telling you your scheduled delivery time. If the delivery time doesn't suit you, you can change it to a day and time that does, directly on your phone.
Please note that Pre-orders might take up to 15 -20 business days in being delivered, since they will start being produced once the payment has been done

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days ( not including public holidays)
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order.
Please note:
- We´re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
- The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
- Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times
RETURNS
If you would like to return an item or times purchased from the ALICIA MOORE online store, you may do so within fourteen (14) natural days following the date of delivery. You will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) natural days from the moment ALICIA MOORE has been informed of your decision.
In accordance with applicable regulations, your legal right to withdrawal is not applicable to orders for:
The supply of goods whose return is not suitable on health or hygiene grounds.
ALICIA MOORE will not pay for the delivery cost of returning the item(s) to our central warehouse.
The article(s) must be in perfect condition, and returned in its/their original packaging, along with all the accessories.
ALICIA MOORE will refund the amount paid (excluding any return delivery costs) to the card with which you made the payment. Only the original purchaser of the product(s) can request a return as the refund will be directly made to the card with which the payment was made. This process might take up to 14 days.
ALICIA MOORE will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you wish to return to ALICIA MOORE´s online store is lost, misdirected, or delivered late. The customer must bear the risks of shipping their purchase.
In the case where a product lacks conformity, the client may make use of the legal guarantee corresponding to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which pertains to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. ALICIA MOORE must proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replace the product, or reduce the price and terminate the contract under the terms provided in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree, all procedures which will be free for the consumer and user. ALICIA MOORE responds to breaches of conformity that have been raised within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform ALICIA MOORE of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. The legal guarantee of conformity is applicable regardless of any other commercial guarantee offered by ALICIA MOORE. These rights are independent and are compatible with the commercial guarantee
