Applicable legislation, jurisdiction, and controversies

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the legislation of Spain.

In the absence of an amicable settlement, the parties shall submit themselves for conflict resolution to the competent courts in the place of residence of the consumer or the place of residence of ALICIA MOORE, by choice of the consumer.
